Maskless exposure system DL-1000 was introduced

We are pleased to inform that our Maskless exposure system “DL-1000″ was introduced
at the 2nd Microfabrication Process Technology Seminar*” which was held on the web on September 30, 2020.

*The seminar was held by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology’s “Nanotechnology Platform” project
by the Microfabrication Nanoplatform Consortium
